Tracy City is home to beautiful lakes, among them Ramsey Lake, a reservoir great for fishing and anglers. You will find Grundy County Goose Pond in the Burrows Cove area.
The Elk River is the principal stream flowing through the area, beginning at at Elk Head where it flows from beneath the Cumberland Plateau, fed by several springs.
Tracy City is located in fertile Pelham Valley, in Grundy County. Many hollows and coves are in the community.
