The tours start at 3 p.m. and the last tour begins at 6 p.m. This annual event is sponsored by the Sumner County Museum and is a historical journey through the lives of former Sumner County residents. Local actors dressed in period costumes will be portraying those featured on the tour, and tour guides also dressed in period costumes will guide the tours down the candlelit path. There are nine presentations of persons who are buried in the Cemetery plus a person who welcomes everyone to the Tour. These persons who are being portrayed this year have very interesting lives. They may or may not be notables or well known people, but everyone's life has some interesting aspect.
Tickets are $8 for adults and $3 for children under 12 to 6, under 6 are free at the gate. Advanced tickets will be on sale at Perkins Drugs and Sumner County Museum for $7 for adults and $3 for children ages 6-12.
