Chef Linda has been teaching raw foods since 2004 and has written two recipe books, Let’s Get Started Eating Raw Foods and Living Food For Everyone. The workshop will include: Basic equipment used in raw foods Discussion about raw food Demos Small group for more personalization Student participation in preparing foods Sampling of foods prepared BONUS: Stay later to see how to make Thyme's Apricot Almond Mayonnaise!
