This workshop will be led by Associate Raw Chef Linda Lagos. Chef Linda has been teaching raw foods since 2004 and has written two recipe books, Let’s Get Started Eating Raw Foods and Living Food For Everyone.
The workshop will include:
Basic equipment used in raw foods
Discussion about raw food
Small group for more personalization
Student participation in preparing foods
Sampling of foods prepared
