Originally from DeMotte, IN, Diana Kelley started singing herself to sleep when she was a baby in her crib. Kelley has made a name for herself in Nashville, even though she’s only been here seven years. She’s written award-winning songs like “Flyin’ Home” and “Hard to Stumble”, and recently won the selective “Rising Star” songwriting competition in Franklin, TN. Her music is critically acclaimed, and played by DJs around the world. Accompanying Diana, on dobro, is her husband, Jerry. Originally from Terre Haute, IN, Jerry Kelley has been a musician all his life, learning to play the steel guitar at the age of 9, and having his own bands from 21 on. In the 60’s, Jerry played steel for “Whisperin’ Bill” Anderson, and has shared the stage with numerous country artists, including Loretta Lynn, Patsy Cline, Buck Owens, Jumpin’ Bill Carlyle, Connie Smith and the Carter Family. You are invited to relax, re-connect, and rejuvenate. The Commodore is "a gem" of a combination: history, art, music, and cuisine, in a friendly, laid-back atmosphere. As our guests often say, "You can be yourself here."
