This screening features two pilot episodes of a never-syndicated musical variety show hosted by Bakersfield, California-based star Billy Mize, three-time winner of the Academy of Country Music’s award for TV Personality. In the first episode, Merle Haggard and the Strangers offer “It’s All in the Movies,” “Roots of My Raisin’,” and “The Way it Was in ’51.” Episode two showcases Marty Robbins singing “Don’t Worry” and “Today I Started Loving You Again.” 50 minutes.
