This is a free event. Centered around accurately depicted camps from all eras of Tennessee's shared history the history fair is known for its hands on interactive events like throwing a tomahawk, weapons demo, Native American camp, mountain man camp, early settler camp, civil war civilian camp, cooking demos, children's area that teaches how to write with a quill pen, washing clothes in a tub and scrub board, making a rag doll, and more. Friday is school day featuring an interactive native dance.
