Rockabilly Jamboree 2007
Billy Poore ("Rockabilly: A 40 Year Journey") presents the Rockabilly Jamboree 2007, benefit concert for the Perry County Arts Council. Sun Records will be giving door prizes, as will Bob Timmers of the Rockabilly Online Hall of Fame. Art Adams and his band from Kentucky will be headlining the event, with Mandy Marie and the Cool Hand Lukes from Indiana, and additional local talent, including Perry County's own Billy Poore, Stacy Evans, and Willie Redden. Tickets are $10, open seating at the Middle School Gym, November 10 from 7-10, doors open at 6. Vendors will be on hand selling Rockabilly memorabilia. You can pre-order tickets at the County website www.perrycountytennessee.com.
