37th Annual Meriwether Lewis Arts & Crafts Show
The fair is held in cooperation with the National Park Service and is held at the Meriwether Lewis National Historic Area on the Natchez Trace Parkway. Up to 100 crafters and artisans demonstrate, display and sell their wares. From pottery to quilts, stained glass to woodworks, leather to oil paintings, baskets to metalworks. Many artists take the opportunity to have demonstration areas to allow visitors to view the work as it is created. Live music will be performed throughout the event and many scrumptious foods will be available including Fried Pies,
Blooming Onions, Apple Fritters, Homemade Fudge, Funnel Cakes, Curly Potatoes, White beans and cornbread, and lots of ice cold lemonade! The show will be held from 9am to 5pm each day. Free shuttle vans will run from the overflow parking area on Highway 20 to the fair area. Parking is free.
