This spring, take advantage of the beautiful park-like setting of The Hermitage to reduce stress, increase your flexibility and enhance your energy through yoga! In partnership with Yogassage of Donelson, The Hermitage will host a ten-week series of outdoor yoga classes with the expert instruction of Meg Kipp. Whether you’re just curious about how yoga works or if you’re an advanced practitioner of it, you will find the class enjoyable and the exercise beneficial. Yoga is proven to be a stress-reducing, flexibility-building, energy-enhancing workout. And it is a perfect way to reduce the aches and pains that come with sitting for long periods of time or repetitive work motions. Participants will need to bring a mat and a bottle of water. Classes begin Tuesday, March 25 and are held on Tuesday evenings from 6-7 pm, ending May 27. Special classes will be offered in addition to the ten-week series and additional fees may apply to those classes. Proceeds go to support the Hermitage.
