Located in Morristown, Tennessee, the Museum was built on the site of the boyhood home of Davy Crockett. It is a reconstruction of the 1790's John Crockett Tavern. Regular hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Other hours are available for group tours. Admission fees paid by visitors go toward museum operations and the preservation of the historical site. DAVY'S TRADING POST The Museum offers a variety of Crockett and pioneer-related items for sale in the gift shop. Items include books, posters, prints, coloring books, coonskin caps, pins, postcards, notecards, pencils, specialty food items, and other seasonal items subject to availability.
