Half Moon Music Festival
This year's festival features a variety of local musical talent including the East Tennessee Concert Band who has been chosen to perform in New York's Carnegie Hall. In addition to the concert band additional music to be heard - bluegrass, jazz, gospel, and classical formats. The festival hosts over 1000 visitors - either by boat or by land. If coming by boat - we are located in Blue Springs Cove (across from MM545.3 and close to Blue Springs Marina). If coming by car - we are located at 118 Christley Lane off of River Road in Roane County.
