What better place to enjoy a good book than at the banks of the Mississippi River? Kids and parents, grab a blanket and head down to Mud Island for Read Out on the Mississippi. Imaginations will soar as special guests from the Memphis Public Library share their passion for reading and narrate their favorite books. This is a free event designed to encourage reading in children ages 3 to 6. No registration required.
