150th Anniversary Commemorative Event

Johnsonville State Historic Park will commemorate the 150th Anniversary of the Battle of Johnsonville. The 150th anniversary event will include a joint-living history event hosted between both Johnsonville and Nathan Bedford Forrest State Parks. Union living history activities that will include both artillery and infantry demonstrations will take place at Johnsonville State Historic Park in Humphreys County together with music celebrations, the official Johnsonville Sausage Big Taste Grill, and commemorative walking tours of the battle site. Confederate living history activities will also take place at Nathan Bedford Forrest State Park, just across from Johnsonville in Benton County.
