Tennessee Aquarium Welcomes Penguin Chicks
Three baby penguins were welcomed at the Tennessee Aquarium, at about the same time that this year's macaroni chicks are beginning to swim. All of the newest arrivals are being raised by their parents on exhibit, causing a lot of excitement for everyone. The penguin keepers are extremely observant because the first 30 days is a critical period for the young birds. But at this point, the penguin parents seem to be doing great jobs caring for their young.
