Entrepreneur Magazine Names Memphis-Based Hampton Hotels No. 1

For the third successive year, Memphis head-quartered Hampton Hotels has netted the number one spot on Entrepreneur Magazine's Franchise 500 list. The company, which counts Hampton Inn and Hampton Inn & Suites among its brands, is part of the Hilton Worldwide family and is the first hotel chain to earn the No. 1 ranking. Hampton Hotels was also listed at the top of Entrepreneur's global franchise list in October.
