Day Trippin Campaign Unveiled at MAAG Annual Meeting

Marty Marbry, Pamela Marshall and Susan Whitaker attend the MAAG dinnerAt the recent annual membership meeting and dinner of the Memphis Area Association of Governments, Executive Director Pamela Marshall unveiled a brand new regional tourism campaign called “Day Trippin.” The goal of the campaign is to highlight attractions that are all within a day trip of Memphis. The program includes a series of one-minute videos featuring mayors from Shelby, Lauderdale and Fayette counties and the executive director of the Covington-Tipton County Chamber. Commissioner Whitaker was the keynote speaker at this, the 45^th annual MAAG annual meeting and banquet.
