I do hereby consent and agree that the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development, its employees, agents and assigns have the non-exclusive right to use my Travel Story and to use said Travel Story in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, in connection with any tourism-related purpose whatsoever. I waive any rights, claims and/or interest that I may have to control the use of my Travel Story and agree that any and all uses described herein may be made without compensation to me. In addition, I hereby release and discharge the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development, its employees, agents and assigns from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use (or non-use) of the Travel Story, including any and all claims for copyright infringement, libel and/or invasion of privacy.

I further acknowledge that the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development may choose to use my Travel Story in connection with a Tennessee tourism promotion purpose as well as in connection with any other tourism-related use, at any time(s) in the future, in the sole discretion of the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development.

I am at least 18 years of age, have read and understand the foregoing Tennessee Travel Story Release Form in connection with the submission of this Travel Story. I am competent and have the legal authority to execute this Release. This Release shall be binding upon me, my heirs, agents, assigns and legal representatives.
