Rivers and Spires Festival Heads To Clarksville In April!

Grab your calendars and mark them for April 19-21. The 10th Annual Rivers and Spires Festival is back in Clarksville and promising some of the best musical acts you’ll hear all season!

Music is the heart of the Rivers and Spires Festival, drawing thousands of loyal fans every year. Six stages will bring the sounds of a variety of musical acts at tons of free concerts throughout the weekend. Award-winning group Little Big Town, known mostly for hits such as “Boondocks,” “Good As Gone” and “A Little More You” will headline this year’s event. Also hitting the stage is contemporary Christian artist Lincoln Brewster, known for hits such as “Real Life” and “All To You”; 80s cover band, Guilty Pleasures, providing Michael Jackson and Falco faves; and 7 Bridges, bringing the ultimate  Eagles experience front row and center.

But the concerts are only part of the story at Rivers and Spires. Historic downtown Clarksville transforms into an event space perfect for the whole family. The Kidz Zone brings the fun to a whole different level, featuring more than 25 free events for kids of all ages. The kiddos can travel through an inflatable jungle, climb walls and create paintings.  Dance performances, a talent showcase and a children’s parade are also among the fun festivities. Another highlight will be the Festival of Nations, honoring the Clarksville community’s diverse landscape showcasing 26 countries in an authentic, cultural fanfare.

For beer aficionados, something new is in store: The BrewFest, a beer tasting event, features a laid back atmosphere while festival goers enjoy sample beer, including locally-made ale and lager, picked by award-winning breweries from across the state. A can’t-miss event!
