If you want a place to eat in Franklin, where everything is local, and community is the heart of everything, grab a bite to eat at Burger Up. Burger Up wants you to know that it sources and provides consumers with the best beef possible. Ditto that for all the burger fixins’.
A lighthearted conversation between Miranda Whitcomb Pontes and a friend in late 2008 precipitated the idea of Burger Up. That conversation began with small talk about what kind of business would fit well at the corner of 12th and Paris in Nashville, leading to talk of a quality burger place that would be a community-driven restaurant. A place welcoming people of all ages, and where they would feel at home. A place to take the kids out to dinner, and also appropriate for a business lunch, a first date, an anniversary. A mere 18 short months later, the doors of Burger Up swung open for the community to enjoy.
Burger Up in Franklin is located within the Cool Springs community, and continues the deliciousness and tradition of the original Burger Up a few miles away in Nashville.
