This farm marks the southern border of 460 preserved acres of landscape, thanks to one of the first conservation easements of the Land Trust for Tennessee.

The area stretches from Leiper’s Fork’s north entrance to this point, and was donated by the Preston family, in order to preserve a piece of Tennessee’s original beauty and the village’s way of life. It is a private residence.
