Iron Mountain Inn B&B is a romantic getaway high atop a mountain in the Cherokee National Forest in Butler in Johnson County above Watauga Lake. We pamper our guests, and you will find magical rejuvenation in a stay as well as magic in the mountains. The Inn is minutes from beautiful Watauga Lake, a perfect setting for hiking, fishing, swimming or boating.

Enjoy king or queen beds, whirlpool tubs and steam showers; relish early morning coffee and muffins on your balcony. Savor a gourmet 3-course breakfast with fresh fruit, hot dishes and something sweet. Each of the four bedrooms has a unique quality.

The Inn offers fine dining with 36-hour advance reservations. Served by candlelight during the winter months or on our expansive porches in fine weather, homemade soups, fresh salads, an entree with seasonal fresh flourishes are sure to please; desserts always include the famous Iron Mountain Inn chocolate chip cookies.
