Jack's offers award-winning bar-b-que at two Nashville locations, in the heart of lower Broadway and on Trinity Lane in historic Talbot's Corner. Both serve up slow-cooked (18 hours!) Tennessee pork shoulder, Texas beef brisket and sausage, St. Louis style pork ribs, smoked chicken and turkey, along with six great sauces and mouth-watering side dishes.

Jack Cawthon has won too many awards to list, including three first-place awards in the 2008 National Barbecue Association Sauce Contest.
