This bed & breakfast was built by school superintendent John Leming in 1899, and passed on to his son Dr. Hugh Leming, a prominent pharmacist. Today, it is carefully decorated with Victorian furniture and has recently been placed on the Historic Register for its architecture, as well as for Mr. Leming's contributions to education in Manchester.
