Outdoor Chattanooga serves to connect everyone to the natural and built resources that make Chattanooga such a great place to visit. Our eco-friendly, 6,000-square-foot visitor center serves as the area's best place for information, programs, activities and events that connect people to the region's outdoor amenities. Housing two classroom-meeting spaces, a kids' traverse climbing wall and a Bike Chattanooga Bicycle Transit System station, the center serves as a prime access point to Chattanooga's bridges, greenways and water trails. Throw open the doors, and the center becomes an open air pavilion, becoming the gateway to Coolidge Park, the Tennessee River, the Walnut St. Bridge and downtown Chattanooga's spectacular riverfront parks.
