This home was designed by George Barber, the prolific Victorianera architect who personalized the popular "catalog architecture" model of the day. This design (#213) must have been one of Barber's favorites because this actual house was featured in the catalog with plans and extensive interior and exterior photos. After several owners and a brief stint as an apartment house, the home was restored in the 1990s.
