Lodging/recreation: Eco-tourism facility includes a market, cafe, cabins, canoe, and raft rentals and camping and a is convenient to the Kyles Ford Wildlife Management Area and the Clinch River Conservation Center.

Location: East Tennessee in Kyles Ford. Our location is in the hub of the Kyles Ford Preserve and TWRA's Wildlife Management Area. Located along the Upper Clinch River and at the base of Clinch Mountain in beautiful and historic East Tennessee, River Place provides rewarding outdoor experiences for sportsmen and conservationists alike.

Accommodations: Our cabins, vintage Appalachian cottage, and the nearby Clinch River Conservation Retreat provide a comfortable environment suitable for many purposes.

The cabins, cottage, and lodge all come with kitchen and dining areas, couches, beds, and showers--just like home. Linens are provided, as well as cooking utensils. Central heat/air, TV & DVD players and telephone for local calls are in each unit. 

Directions: Located approximately 2 miles from the TN/VA border on Hwy 70 (Trail of the Lonesome Pine). Find us next to the green bridge over the Upper Clinch River at the intersection of Hwy 33 and Hwy 70 in Hancock County, Tennessee.
