Chef of the Year Bruce Bogartz is the master of Southern cuisine with an innovative twist. Since his days as an executive chef for Warner Bros., he has enjoyed rave reviews from the James Beard Foundation, AAA, Southern Living and more.

The ingredients come from family farms, with local produce and organic meats.The shrimp and grits are topped with vinaigrette and bacon dressing; the homemade biscuits come with rhubarb chutney. Try pork tenderloin with figs, jicama slaw and potatoes, or smoked duck with pimiento mac and cheese and pepper jelly. Leave room for the bittersweet chocolate mousse spike with Jack Daniel and topped with pralines!
