Situated on scenic Watt's Bar Lake, Sam's Boat Dock is the perfect place to "escape." It's serene setting, convenience to many area attractions, waterfront view, and easy access to one of Tennessee's largest and most popular lakes make's Sam's a great vacation destination.

Our cabins have been renovated and decorated with comfort and cleanliness in mind...a cozy place to relax. All units are completely furnished and offer fully equipped kitchens, cable TV and sundecks with gas grills.

If you're looking for a peaceful spot to park your trailer or RV, ask about our spacious long-term leased camping sites.

Private launching ramp and boat slips are available to guests for a small fee.





From I-75 take exit 60. Go west on Hwy 68 N approximately 15 miles to 304 N. Turn right and go north 2.5 miles to Sam's Boat dock Rd. (look for the sign)and turn left.
