Shady Grove Meadery located 1/2 mile off I-75 in Lake City is dedicated to refining the ancient magic of mead (honey-wine). The Meadery specializes in hand-crafted, bottle-fermented sparkling mead using the traditional Champagne Method as well as "Mead on Tap". Shady Grove is one of very few meaderies in the country producing sparkling mead and providing kegged mead. Once believed to be the drink of the gods, the vintners share a passion for bringing this historic drink back to Tennessee.
Take I-75 to exit 128. Take a left on Hwy 441 (Norris Freeway) for 1/2 mile. Shady Grove Meadery is on the left. Look for the sign out front. We are located at 709 Norris Freeway, Lake City, Tennessee. Phone 865-426-4900.
