Tennessee's oldest business, St. John Mill, has been operating for more than 200 years. Master stone mason Jeremia Dungan, original owner of the mill, built the original foundation of the mill from hand-chiseled stone and hand-hewn timber more than 200 years ago. Still owned by family members, the mill now specializes in all aspects of farm needs as well as local honey, molasses, apple butter and handmade soap. Other offerings include handmade quilts, birdhouses and feeders made by local crafters.
