Our resort entrance is located only 1.2 miles from the main entrance of Dollywood and just minutes away from Gatlinburg. With our onsite swimming pool, children’s playground, city water and wide paved roads you can be sure you’ll enjoy your stay!

1. Turn onto TN-66 S/Winfield Dunn Parkway. Continue 8.3 miles on TN-66S.
2. TN-66S now becomes US-441S (the main Parkway that runs through Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and on into Gatlinburg). Continue 6.7 miles.
3. In Pigeon Forge, turn left at traffic light #8 onto Dollywood Lane and travel 0.2 miles to the first traffic light.
4. Turn right at that light -- there will be a golf course on your right.
5. Follow this road approximately 1.5 miles. You will see the office sign on your left.
