On I-26 take the Elizabethon/Milligan Exit #31. Follow US-23 8.0 mi. to Elizabethton to Jct. of US-19E/321 and Hwy. 91. Take Hwy. 91 N 2.9 mi. to Blue Springs Road. Go E 0.1 mi. to Willow Springs Road. Take Willow Springs Road traveling N 1.3 mi. (stay left at "Y" to Price Road. Go w on Price Road 100ft. turn right into RV park.
