Directions: FROM ATLANTA I-75 North to exit 293. Turn North on 411 and drive into Tennessee. Nine miles past the state line turn east on Hwy 64 and drive 3 miles and cross the lower Ocoee River. Turn left onto Welcome Valley Road. Sunburst is 1 ½ miles down Welcome Valley Road on the right.
FROM CHATTANOOGA I-75 North to exit 20. Drive 6 ½ miles and take the Ocoee exit. Drive 10 miles east on 64 and turn left on Welcome Valley Road. Sunburst is 1 ½ miles down Welcome Valley Road on the right.
