Since 1983, The Butcher Shop Steak House has proudly served grain-fed Midwestern beef, grilled over an open pit with hickory charcoal for a truly unique dining experience. The Butcher Shop is owned and operated by two brothers native to Knoxville, Mike and Randy Clark. We warmly welcome you to our establishment and hope you have an enjoyable meal. The menu includes a variety of steaks, cut daily, including: bacon-wrapped filets, ribeyes, New York strips, T-bones, sirloins, pork chops, marinated chicken breasts, salads, fresh fish and daily specials. The restaurant is also available for private parties and other special occasions. Our specialty is steaks, but we offer a wide range of alternatives to satisfy even the pickiest of appetites.
