Ye Ole Jail Museum

Constructed from local sandstone, this was the county's second jail. The building was used as a jail from 1900-1979. Original cells are intact. Displays depict time period jail was in use. Ye Olde Jail now houses the Chamber of Commerce.

Take Exit 301 (Monterey/Jamestown)
Turn Left onto Hwy 70
Turn Right onto Industrial Blvd
Turn Left at stop sign onto (school road)
Turn Right on Hwy 62
At Intersection of Hwy 127 & Hwy 62 (at traffic light) turn left
Continue on Hwy 127 North (for about 15-18 miles)
Take Old Hwy 127 / Jamestown Business District
Turn Left On Central Avenue West
Turn Right at 114 Central Avenue West
