Welcome to the historic town of Cumberland Gap, located at the foot of the Cumberland Mountains and surrounded by the Cumberland Gap National Historic Park.

First known as the "Gateway to the West," Cumberland Gap is one of the gateways to inside the National Historic Park. Within a three block area inside the downtown, there is an array of quaint shops, restaurants, and more. In addition to the natural beauty of the area, some of the local attractions include an art gallery, antiques, a bicycle museum, a wedding chapel, walking trails and more.

Cumberland Gap is located an hour north of Knoxville and is an idea area to spend the day or the weekend.
