Loretta Lynn’s Ranch is proud to announce TN Trailjam. This weekend vacation event is a must attend for jeep enthusiasts. Featuring 15+ miles of trails, an bigger and better obstacle course, mud bog and live music you definitely won’t want to miss this!
Hosted by Topless in Tennessee Jeep Club this event will welcome jeeps from around the country to Middle Tennessee for a variety of events including giveaways, contests and demonstrations. You’ll be able to check out the latest and coolest gear and apparel from vendors and enjoy evening entertainment like a mechanical bull, karaoke, bonfires, and music.
The Ranch itself features amenities like tent camping, RV sites and even cabin rentals. When you’re not out four-wheeling you can also check out a kayak or tube, take a swim in the pool or creek, enjoy a hiking trip, campfire cook-out, horseback riding or even go fishing.
If you’re a country music fan you can also tour Loretta’s home and museum or pick up a souvenir from our gift shops. With hundreds of acres of beautiful rural Tennessee at your disposal you’ll be sure to find something you can enjoy.
What tickets do I need to buy?
Each jeep will be required to have a jeep pass. Each person will be required to have the proper wrist bands. Please read them carefully to determine what you need your you or your family.
How do I make a camping reservation?
Event tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite. Camping reservations are separate and must be made through Loretta Lynn's Ranch office at (931) 296-7700.
Who can come with me to this event?
Anyone you want. This is an all age’s event. Any passengers must have a seatbelt. Pets are welcome but not on the trails or in event or food areas. Pets must be on a leash at all times.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
No minimum age for this event. This is an all ages, family oriented event. There will be alcohol available on premises and ID is required for purchase.
Are vehicles other than jeeps allowed?
Yes, other brands of vehicles are allowed but this is a jeep enthusiast event therefore jeeps will only be allowed in the event area, on the trails, and activities. Separate parking will be available for non-jeep vehicles.
Are off road vehicles allowed?
No. No ATV, Side by side, dirtbikes, or any other off-road vehicles will be allowed.
Are the trails and activities safe?
The staff at Loretta Lynn's Ranch will work hard to make every activity as safe as possible. Off-road jeeping and riding is inherently a risky activity. Ride at your own risk. Loretta Lynn's Ranch is not responsible for damage to your vehicle or person. There will be rocky areas, logs, mud holes, etc. Everyone will sign a waiver at the Ranch office.
What should I bring?
Anything you may need or want for the weekend. Loretta Lynn's Ranch will have food, groceries, and basic needs. It is recommended to have tow straps, four wheel drive, Front and rear tow points, spare tire, radios, etc. Other things: Bug spray, camera, flashlights, cooler (nonalcoholic beverages only on trails), snacks, and a positive attitude.
Is alcohol allowed?
Yes, but only in designated areas. No alcohol is allowed on the trails, obstacle courses, or activities. Violation of this policy is grounds for ejection without a refund.
What's the refund policy?
There will be no refunds available for this event. Tickets are, however, transferable.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It is recommended to bring your printed ticket for ease of arrival but it is not necessary.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another person if desired.
Will tickets be available at the gate?
Yes, tickets will be available at the gate but will be priced as such:
Jeep and Driver Pass - $65.00 plus taxes
Adult Event Passenger Armband - $25.00 plus taxes
Child Event Armband - $15.00 plus taxes
