Our family owned and operated Gift Shop has the largest selection of quality Amish hand crafted furniture, baskets, soaps, leather goods, candles, toys, birdhouses, quilts, cutting boards, and much more! All on consignment by the local Amish. Your purchase helps support the local Amish community. Stop by to purchase Wagon and Museum tour tickets, learn more about local Amish culture, or to pick up a FREE AMISH MAP. Our friendly staff can provide directions to nearby farms.

There are two Amish Welcome Centers located next to each other, but we are the ONLY one providing tours of the historic Amish Heritage Farm Museum. Come visit the Amish in Tennessee! Look for the building with a paved parking lot and American flags on top!

The Amish Heritage Farm Museum was one of the first Amish farms settled in Tennessee in 1944, when the Amish emigrated from Ohio and Mississippi. It was a fully functioning Amish farm, until several years ago, when the family sold the farm and moved further out into the country. Today, due to the generosity of a local Amish family, both the Amish House and Dawdi Haus have been restored back to their original state, complete with period furnishings and artifacts from the 1944 era. A replica one room Amish school house was also added to the grounds and has been set up to accurately depict a local Amish school house. Our guided, educational tours offer a rare glimpse into Amish culture, and their daily lives.

Tours include both our authentic Amish House and Dawdi Haus Museum, Harness shop, Hen-house with animals, and a replica one room Amish school house. We also have an authentic Amish buggy that you can take pictures in! Photos allowed on this farm only! The Amish Heritage Farm Museum is also available for private events.

Tour the Amish countryside with a local guide, in a horse drawn wagon ride. Stops at several Amish farms for a chance to purchase Amish produce, baked goods, baskets, wood crafts and so much more. Large groups and field trips welcome! So much to see and learn, it's fun for all ages!
