Opening in 2017, The Rustic Cow started as an ice cream and coffee shop that focused on family friendly spaces with rooms for parties and special events. Now The Rustic Cow has developed The RC Entertainment and Event Center - featuring The Rustic Cow with hand-dipped ice cream, banana splits, shakes and more along with a full coffee shop with artisan coffees and in house baked scones and cookies - Bistro At The Cow with lunch and dinner service featuring homemade pizzas, paninis, brats, spinach artichoke dip, specialty drinks and more - and Live At The RC, a full production event stage and event center ( see Live At The RC) with catering services provided by Bistro At The Cow and The Rustic Cow.
