Truman Murphey cured his first ham over 70 years ago, not realizing the "family tradition" he had begun. Now, the third generation is curing hams in this family- owned business.
The curing process, which is a secret family recipe, produces the delicate flavor of a real hickory smoked country ham, has not changed from generation to generation.
Products include country hams, honey-glazed hams, cured bacon, smoked sausage, smoked turkey, pork barbecue and baby back ribs.
