At Spindini, It's all about the fire. We specialize in Italian food prepared "antico e nuovo," or ancient and new fire-cooked dishes in a dining area centered around our wood-fired oven. Choose from cartoccio recipes in copper vessels, dishes on skewers and entrees roasted on wooden planks and poached in terracotta pots. Even the bread is baked fresh each day in our massive oven. We are a dining space of casual elegance, with a full bar. Reservations recommended.
