Marble Springs Historic Site

Located on West Governor John Sevier Highway, between Knoxville and Sevierville, Tennessee. The original home of John Sevier, first governor of Tennessee, stands on a 38 acre tract along with several outbuildings. The site is state-owned and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. There is ongoing archaeological studies at the site. Seven original and reconstructed buildings represent a glimpse of John Sevier's life. The site includes a visitors' center and outdoor stage.
