Each year the Town of Collierville goes all out to help create a magical Christmas season for Collierville’s families and guests. “Christmas in Collierville” officially kicks-off with the annual Tree Lighting on Town Square, followed by the Christmas Parade (the first Friday after Thanksgiving). Additional events take place during the first four Saturdays between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Families can visit Santa in the Gazebo, take a horse-drawn carriage ride around Town Square, and more! In 2018, Southeast Tourism Society selected “Christmas in Collierville” one of the STS Top 20 Events in the Southeast for December.The STS Top 20 Festival and Event Awards have highlighted programs around the Southeast since 1985.
