Sunflower Program
The Nashville International Airport (BNA) is part of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program, created to support people with disabilities that may not be immediately apparent. You can get a complimentary Sunflower lanyard at the Information Center on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1) 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. You may keep your Sunflower lanyard and it can be used throughout your travels at BNA and any participating airport or location that recognizes the program. BNA staff including airline personnel, restaurant employees, retail associates and TSA agents have undergone extensive training to recognize the lanyards so travelers can receive appropriate assistance, time or patience they may require. BNA also offers a Sensory Room and adult changing tables in restrooms.
