Mother's Day Weekend Cheese + Beer Pairing

Pamper the Moms with a fine cheese board and beers carefully chosen to pair with each cheese.

This pairing includes four 6.5 oz pours of Printshop beers; a curated selection of cheeses, chocolates, nuts, pickles, fruit, and crackers from our friends at Euphoric Cheese, and the guided pairing experience led by Angelo, our sensory training guru. While you sample the beers and cheeses together, Angelo will explain why he encourages you to focus on concepts like complement/contrast, cutting/cleansing, and impact/instensity rather than adhere to conventional "rules" when choosing food and drink pairings.

Please reserve your ticket by 10 pm on Wednesday, May 8th so we can ensure we have enough boxes for all attendees. If you're not able to make the in-person tasting, we'll also offer the option of picking up your pre-ordered flight, cheese + charcuterie box, and tasting notes to enjoy that weekend at a time more convenient for you.
