Juneteenth is a celebration for everyone. We invite visitors to enjoy musical guests, tours of the galleries, and speakers. While Juneteenth is officially celebrated on June 19, the Tennessee State Museum will celebrate the day with a daylong event on Saturday, June 15.

Schedule of Events:

Children’s Juneteenth craft activities - 10:00-12:00, 2:00-3:30.

Storytime with Tonya Abari in the Children's Gallery, 10:30 a.m.

Entertainment Hour in the Digital Learning Center with music from the Radiance Twins, Roz Malone, Intersection, Cremona Strings, and poetry by Simba Alik and Jems Destine - 12:00-2:00
