Best in Nashville!  This beautiful estate rests near the historic David Lipscomb farm (now home to Lipscomb University).  Country living house is family friendly with a peaceful neighborhood which includes plantation shutters, new windows and all appliances.  
There are many places to hang out at this property.  The large back deck overlooks a fenced in yard with many play items for kids.   The front porch has a swing and chairs.

This house accommodates 1-12 guests in a quiet neighborhood located near Lipscomb/Belmont/Vanderbilt & the Green Hills area. Radnor Lake, 12 South, Bluebird Cafe, & an easy trip to downtown Nashville-Predators, Titans, or Sounds game, Broadway, & music concerts. Opryland, Nashville Zoo, & Cheekwood Botanical Gardens nearby.

The living room has a gas fireplace, a freshly tuned piano, and a desk area.  The den has a recliner, couch, and 2 club chairs.  On the first level, there is a kitchen, dining room, living room, den, full bathroom and one bedroom with a queen size bed.  Upstairs has 3 bedrooms (queen, double, & 2 twins) and a full bathroom.  The basement area has a twin bed and a queen bed in the same room, a table for working/eating, mini fridge, and an electric heater.  The basement also has full bathroom (shower only) and a laundry area (washer & dryer provided).
