Doyle Lawson is a bluegrass and country gospel musician. He is a mandolinist, singer and the leader of the famous Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver. Lawson has received many International Bluegrass Music Association awards and was also the 2006 recipient of the U.S. National Heritage Fellowship, awarded by the National Endowment for the Arts. He has received six Grammy nominations and many IBMA awards. In 2012, he was inducted into the IBMA Hall of Fame.
