Visitors to Indian Mountain State Park are likely to see geese, ducks, beaver, blue heron and the occasional deer. Ponds are stocked with bluegill, largemouth bass, crappie and catfish, and campsites have plenty of amenities.

Indian Mountain State Park is a multi-use facility in Campbell County near Tennessee’s northern border. In addition to providing camping and recreation opportunities, the 200-acre park is unique in that it was developed on reclaimed strip mining land.

Park visitors can enjoy fishing at the two lakes, as well as picnicking, camping, and hiking along the two walking trails. Park visitors have the opportunity to view a variety of wildlife. Although the park's name would indicate that it is located on a mountain, it is actually located at the base of the mountain. While it is a small park, most any visitor will agree, Indian Mountain is one of our most beautiful parks.
