For the first time in 100 years, whiskey will be made in Chattanooga. A change in state law this year, will now allow distilling in the city, where it had been outlawed since Prohibition. The Chattanooga Whiskey Co. will be moving operations to a 60,000-square-foot warehouse in downtown Chattanooga to make its handcrafted 1816 Reserve and 1816 Cask whiskey.
